Our participation in Drupal Camp Sevilla 2023

What knowledge about Drupal do we share?

Last weekend, a small group from Seidor participated in the Drupal Camp organized in Seville. There, multiple pieces of knowledge about the CMS and everything surrounding it were shared.

It is one of the greatest opportunities for networking, attending conferences and/or workshops, and also getting to know a great city like, in this case, Seville.

Seidor was one of the bronze sponsors of the event, as we believe that collaboration is necessary to grow Drupal among everyone, given that it is one of the best CMS worldwide, if not the best!

Topics such as migration to Drupal 10, Drupal DevOps, Drupal/Twig paragraph templates, Form API workflow, Single Directory Components, etc., were discussed there.

How do we participate in the Drupal Camp?

Three of our colleagues gave a talk on 'Contributing to the community'. The Drupal community provides us with many tools for proper development, but how do you collaborate with the community?

There are different ways to be a community contributor: uploading code (patches, modules, etc.), reviewing code uploaded by others, etc. The community is so broad and extensive that even non-programmer profiles can contribute by adding translations, documentation, among many other tasks. They addressed the different ways to be part of this great family and how to do it.

Without a doubt, we will participate in the next Drupal Camp that is organized, as it is a great experience for everyone. From here, we want to thank the Asociación Española de Drupal and the multiple collaborators for making it possible.
