Making Science offers its clients end-to-end capabilities necessary for consulting, development, and integration through three solutions supported by generative AI: Gauss AI, Ad Machina, and Trust Generative AI. It has a global network of delivery hubs that drive job creation and the availability of highly skilled technological talent for the development of projects that accelerate transformation and modernization.

The organization leaders were looking for a scalable and robust platform in a cloud environment, capable of serving their more than 850 clients and their 22 work centers, hence the decision to opt for the SAP S/4HANA Public Edition and SAP SuccessFactors platform.

Challenges and opportunities

• The company needed to update its IT systems with a platform that would improve the performance of its processes, increase its efficiency, and unify the information from all offices located in different countries.
