The healthcare sector is immersed in an important period of technological change to accelerate the process of transformation and adoption of new technologies. The economic and social situation leads us to face great challenges immediately in order to ensure the sustainability of the sector. Among them, some of great relevance such as the increasing aging of the population, the chronicity of diseases, the ICT knowledge of professionals and patients or the adaptation of the service to the new habits of the digital user.

In this new situation derived from Covid-19, a new medicine emerges that takes the user as a reference to build a model based on the 7P's: Preventive, Proactive, Participative, Predictive, Personalized, Pleasant, Accurate. In addition, the economic sustainability of the system has been questioned, as well as the very practice of medicine in fields with a clear added difficulty such as psychiatry. These are areas that must be addressed through this new model.

We reformulate the traditional models of service provision to respond to the future challenges of healthcare, caring for the health of all people through technology.
